1 Featured Listing Pricing
Featured badge, priority placement
Homepage spotlight, #1 in category, Editor's Pick badge
All Premium features + dedicated landing page, multiple categories
2 Express Submission Pricing
Review within 24-48 hours (listing not guaranteed)
Express review + guaranteed listing if quality standards are met
3 Billing Terms
- Subscription billing: Featured listings are billed monthly on the anniversary of your signup date.
- Currency: All prices are in US Dollars (USD).
- Payment methods: We accept major credit cards through our secure payment processor.
- Taxes: Prices do not include applicable taxes, which may be added based on your location.
4 Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your featured listing subscription at any time.
- Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
- Your featured status will remain active until the end of the paid period.
- To cancel, contact us via our contact form or email.
5 Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with our services. Our refund policy is as follows:
Featured Listings (Subscriptions)
- - Full refund within 7 days of initial purchase if not satisfied
- - Pro-rated refund available within first 14 days
- - No refunds after 14 days of the billing cycle
- - Refunds processed within 5-10 business days
Express Submissions (One-time)
- - Full refund if your submission is not reviewed within the promised timeframe
- - No refund if site is reviewed but not listed due to quality standards
- - "Guaranteed Listing" refund available if site meets our published quality standards but is not listed
Non-Refundable Situations
- - Services already rendered in full
- - Violations of our Terms of Service
- - Fraudulent or abusive behavior
- - Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first
6 How to Request a Refund
- 1 Contact us via our contact form with subject "Refund Request"
- 2 Include your order/transaction ID and the email used for purchase
- 3 Briefly explain the reason for your refund request
- 4 We will respond within 2 business days with a decision
7 Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time. Price changes will not affect active subscriptions until their next renewal date. We will notify existing subscribers at least 30 days before any price increase takes effect.
